Test Bench Systems

Elmeasure is trend setter in providing customized solution, and has developed a solution to automatically test alternators, Pumps and Generators. This System helps the user largely to reduce the man power utilization and error free, accurate test results.

ELSoft ATS is an alternator system includes alternator routine test and type tests. The input data to the system are machine number, selection of frame, stator number, rotor number, AVR number, temperature at different conditions etc. Routine test is carried out at different levels like prime mover input uncoupled condition, coupled to the AC generator excited/unexcited conditions, open circuit test and short circuit test, load test at different levels to find the % regulation. Type test is carried out once the routine test is completed and done for specified time intervals. System generates OCC & SCC Graphs, routine test certificate, type test certificate, test report and test certificate for the tested alternators automatically.

ELSoft PTS is a pump testing system used for single phase and three phase pumps. The system records electrical test data and process like pressure and temperature at a minimum interval of 1 second. Software generates test report for the tested pumps automatically thus minimizing the human intervention and possible errors.

ELSoft GTS is a generator testing system. This system is used to automate the generator load and sound test process. meters with digital outputs are used to switch on the resistive loads automatically for 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110% of loads. Software automatically switches on and off the loads for the programmed time intervals for the loads. Load test and sound test reports are generated.

ELSoft MTS is a Motor testing system used for single phase and three phase motors. The system records electrical test data and process parameters like vibration and RPM. Software stores the test data in EXCEL sheet for further analysis. This will helps minimizing the human intervention and possible errors.
